IIST, Indore has one of the finest computing environments amongst all educational institutions in Indore. Operating round the clock, 365 days in a year with a large number of desktops (700 + PCs in the institute) in addition to large number of laptops, a cluster/virtualized servers and a campus wide network with Wi-Fi access to Internet represents some of the major attractions of the Institute. The campus network links the computing resources in the academic offices, faculties, central library, laboratories, and administrative units as well.
