The admission process involves the following steps: Candidates belonging to ST/SC/OBC of Madhya Pradesh, Handicapped, Sainik/Freedom Fighter of Madhya Pradesh and J&K Resident/Migrant, have to follow all the Steps from 1 to 5.

Unreserved candidates should follow Steps 2 to 5 only.

Step 1:

Document Verification

  • Document verification is only for ST/SC/OBC, Handicapped, Sainik/Freedom Fighter of Madhya Pradesh and J&K Resident/Migrant.
  • There is no need to verify documents for unreserved candidates at this stage.
  • Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe and Other Backward Class (OBC) {excluding creamy layer}/Sainik (S), Freedom Fighter (FF-Only for Pharmacy) of MP and J&K Resident & J&K Migrant are required to verify their documents at the nearest Help Centers.
Step 2:

Registration (For all candidates including unreserved)
  • After verification of documents of Scheduled caste/Scheduled Tribe and Other Backward Classes of MP/ J & K Resident & J & K Migrant/ Sainik(S), Freedom Fighter (FF) and all others, candidates may register for Counseling.
  • For registration, candidate must enter the roll number and date of birth (as per Vyapam result) and pay the Registration Fee of Rs. 500/-.
  • No registration fee has to be paid by SC/ST/OBC candidates of MP.
  • The portal chargeof Rs. 20/- has to be paid by all candidates.
Step 3:

Choice Filling (For all candidates including unreserved)

  • After registration, candidates can fill institution choices Online and pay part payment of the Tuition Fee.
  • For the Online Choice Filling, candidates will have to enter the roll number, date of birth and password (which is generated after registration) in the Choice Filling screen, and pay part payment of tuition fees of Rs. 9500/- .
  • No registration fee has to be paid by SC/ST/OBC candidates of MP.
  • The Portal charges of Rs. 80/- has to be paid by all candidates.
Step 4:

Allotment Letter (For all candidates including unreserved)
  • Candidates can take printout of the Provisional Allotment Letter.
Step 5:

Reporting at institutions (For all candidates including Unreserved)
  • After the allotment, candidates will report in the allotted institutions and verify their documents (Mark sheets, Domicile etc. if applicable).
Step 6:
  • Process for the Second Phase of Counseling will be available at www.mponline.gov.in
  • In case of vacant seats and drop out/non reported seats available after first Phase of Counseling.
Step 7:

  • If still seats remain vacant after Second Phase of Counseling, Process of Counseling will be on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and will be available at www.mponline.gov.in
